Kid Fit instills in children a love of being active, helping them cultivate healthy habits from an early age. Inside its 4,400-square-foot space, kids as young as 12 months old learn somersault skills and hit developmental milestones in the Tiny Tumblers class, or explore soft mats and foam-block pits during open play times. Older kids, meanwhile, take advantage of summer fit camps and more advanced instruction, and they can always head to the custom-designed gym, made in collaboration with the Garden State Discovery Museum to suit children up to 12 years old.
