This was a wonderful experience for myself and my friend. The location of the shop is perfect as it is only 2 easy blocks from the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We made a reservation and 2 bikes were waiting for us when we arrived. It took only a few minutes to fill out the paperwork and be on our way. All was positive. One change that would make it an even more positive experience is for maps of the Trail to be available at the shop.

A bike with a flat tire, and then had to sit around for 45 minutes. They did bring a new bike and were kind, but talked about giving a voucher to make up for it but never did. Not their fault the tire went flat but when we tried to fill it with air it didn't work - just put a damper on the beautiful day. Maybe next time...

Reedy Rides had our bikes ready and they were very helpful in every way. They directed us to the Swamp Rabbit Trail since we are not from the area. It was a delightful day and the bikes were perfect. Will do it again. Loved it!
