I need a refund on this service. The service was terrible.
The person performing the service showed up in a van that was actually taped together with grey tape and had nothing to do with carpet cleaning. When he cleaned the area rug he left water standing on all sides of the rug . The water was standing on my wood floors. When I asked hm about it he said e would go to the truck and get a towel to wipe the water up instead he got in the truck and left. I want a refund on my voucher and please take this company off your site.

Did not show up on time twice smelly and gross not professional at all regret left track marks on the carpet will pay more again for better service and quality cleaning with no lines left on the carpet
