I wish I could give 0 stars. The front desk staff was rude: I waited an hour for my appt. They keep your drivers license at the desk until after your appt, which seemed odd. Also, you can only use your Botox in 1 area so you have to buy more each time. It took me 3 appts to use all 40 units in one area. Therefore, I ended up having to buy more units at each appt, taking advantage of clients.

Worst experience ever. They do not honor there fine print. Redeemed my Groupon before I even used it. Ended up getting resounded and will not go back again. Ever

DO NOT BUY A GROUPON from this place let alone pay their $14 per unit rate. They are horrible to talk to, will only fill one place on your face...this means your Brow and in between is not considering forehead so you will leave with a line across your forehead unless you pay extra for brow. They will not connect you with a doctor and have other horrible ratings.

My appointment was rescheduled multiple times by them because they "ran out of botox". They do not state that you can only get one area done, which is told to you when you arrive.
