It's impossible for someone with a gluten allergy to get ice cream at your store, because of using the same scoop for all of the flavors. Dipping a scoop in a bucket of water doesnt sanitize the scoop, therefore cross contaminating the rest of the ice cream. I would have liked to try some, but could not take the risk of being sick.

Laynie Bug's is GREAT!!! They sell organic ice cream in very unique flavors! My favorite is Mexican Chocolate...it is chocolate ice cream with cinnamon and jalapeno peppers! Seriously! It is fantastic! They sell traditional flavors, too, but the "fun" flavors are not only fun, but delicious. Flavors like mango sorbet, blackberry cobbler, strawberries and cream, Elvis (ingredients in his favorite sandwich--peanut butter and banana), Buttermilk, Snickers, Rusted Tin Roof (vanilla, chocolate syrup, and chili powder), and the list goes on and on and on...
