Revolution - Elite Sport and Fitness, Emeryville

Great vibe, always different, just 45 mins and I feel great!

What was said to be included with this 2 month boot camp package and what was not actually provided are one in the same for this experience. Upon being told via email to attend 15 minutes early for an assessment/orientation, I was greeted by a Trainer who reported that they did not have a formal orientation. I was shown around the small facility and was told that I could weigh myself on their scale if I wanted to, but that they did not actually record or keep track - needless to say there was no start, midpoint or finish assessment with a report card. I did not receive Level 1 Testing, the RAMP Program, monthly General Nutrition Plans, Assessments or a Transformation Guide (as was advertised on "what's included"). What I did receive was unlimited classes which I was limited to due to an injury - that no one knew about because there was no assessment to discuss this. I did also receive the 14 day detox with the recipes and grocery list - over a month and a half in to the process and numerous emails on my end requesting it. I found the communication to be unfriendly and the facility was not observed to be in great shape - dusty and paint peeling from the window ledges, which I assumed was from water damage; hopefully there is no mold for everyone's sake. Overall, not a pleasant or professional experience. I would not recommend the Revolution Elite Sport and Fitness Gym.

Best work out experience I have ever had. Jamie is amazing. Workout always changes. Always challenging. I can't say enough good things.

The workouts are great. Never the same routine. I love it.
