i got a nice, even, natural-looking tan. i was able to make an appointment quickly, ramia explained everything i needed to know in advance, and she was polite and reassuring throughout the whole process (this was my first spray tan ever). found street parking right outside, no problem. overall a pleasant experience. thanks, ramia!
