What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Veeta D's Fit Camp mission is to encourage, motivate, and help people of all athletic abilities to become the best they can be, both physically and mentally. During the hour-long Fit Camp class, clients will get a full-body workout that will push them to the max.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The instructor will motivate you and encourage you to do your best, but not past the point of discomfort. All classes are geared towards getting you in shape and on the path to living a healthy lifestyle. Classes are designed with modifications so that even beginners get a great workout.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Veeta’s approach to fitness, health, and nutrition began in her 13 years of service with the U.S. Army as a Dietitian & trainer to help Soldiers meet the Army’s standards of physical fitness. At numerous duty stations, she helped out-of-shape Soldiers lose up to 30 pounds and gain confidence!

What do you love most about your job?
I LOVE to see when clients reach their goals! Their smile, attitude and entire thought process about being healthy is very rewarding! They always thank me in the end but they HAVE to do the work..I just give them the blueprint to work from. With my nutrition background, clients can't lose!
