Very pushy on buying other things
Took way longer than expected.
In and out in no time. Very pleasant and professional service.
Were timely and quick enough. Needed to pay ~$6 out of pocket - after redeeming Groupon ~ for taxes and "fees"
I was required to make an appointment, arrived at at my appointment time and had to wait 3 hours! I was told appointments times are not honored, just assure your car is done that day. HORRIBLE SERVICE and VERY RUDE STAFF.
Services are good but only for oil change they took one hour.
the second time i'am at sears. the best for oil change.....................
Courteous, knowledgeable, completed in a timely manner. Plus I can shop the mall while waiting!
I was hesitant to go to Sears with all the bad online reviews. Service person was very helpful at the Citrus Park Mall and did not try to upsell me and actually went out of his way to resolve an issue with my tire rather than just attempt to sell me another one. I did have to wait so plan on doing some shopping in the mall or just drop off your car but the service and price could not be beat.
