Purchased a Groupon for Clear + Brilliant at their Koreatown location. Spoke to Krystal once I arrived and she was super thorough and answered all my questions. Vivian was my nurse and she was so gentle and made sure to fully numb me before doing the laser treatment. I barely felt anything during the treatment itself. Would def. recommend nurse Vivian!

First time coming here. I had a Groupon for three skin tag removals. During the consultation, the young women told me my skin tags were too big. In their Groupon ad, it doesn't say anything about only removing small skin tags. They only removed one small one I had. Very disappointed.

would not come here again. I made my appt for 5:30pm, I get there and say actually my appt was moved to 6:30pm without warning. I didnt get in until 7pm. Then they tried to sell me 20 additional units of botox at a super expensive price. I explained what I wanted several times and they didn’t seem to understand. I also didn’t like that they don’t draw the Botox vial in front of you. Felt scammed.
