Had a good and pleasant first IPL experience, workers were helpful and informational

Although we arrived 10 min prior appt, we didn’t get started until 40 min later because 1) they were upselling us on another package or treatment 2) they didn’t have rooms and specialist ready. In addition, there’s a choice in which we choose one of the two types but they decided to do something else. Though it was fine for the price, they were more concerned of getting things done instead of taking their time. Also it would’ve been nice to know if the specialist tells us what they’re doing next instead of just working through whatever they had. At the end, no one walked us out and such - I had to ask around where I should leave tip. They are busy and have a steady stream of customers being that they’ve been around for almost 10 yrs but the office space is not tidy and not chaotic which questions their cleanliness between treatments.
