Real pushy owners try to upsell everything I bought other packages and skin products. $1000. 6 sessions of treatment cannot be redeemed in one day. Merchants should be able to prove that a customer bought a package and dates they were done. $170-I want money back.
They were like gypsi's rip off customers. Trade or bucks.

Zero stars! I never even used my Groupon and it shows as redeemed. This happened right around COVID started and it’s such a shame that they could not work with me to accommodate the situation. Groupon customer support was not very helpful either. I notified them of the situation and they stated I needed to contact the vendor. When I did no answer, it always went to voicemail. My first bad review!

I purchased a package in the spring and I still haven’t had a single session. I was given an appt for my first session and when I got to the appt I was told it was only for an interview/assessment but was charged $20 extra for taxes which I had to pay upfront to even be able to schedule my next appointment. They are unable to reach by phone, or send appointment reminders. Very Disappointed..

I purchased two IPL facials from this spa. I called to make the appointment and she asked for the voucher number which I gave her. She then marked my voucher as used and I never had the appointment! Now I can’t get anyone on the phone or to call me back to get an appointment ! This is a complete scam. Hoping Groupon will refund me and cut ties with this thief.
