Laser itself works well. The issues I’ve had is that they advertise and will book you for an appointment at 10am. I show up on time and office is pitch black, no one is around. Waited and still no one shows up. This happened twice! Once I called and made appointment and once I booked online. They just claim they “switched” systems and didn’t have appointment. Sent proof etc. Very disappointing.

This was a very nice facial. Didn’t hurt at all. The nurse was so sweet and great. The place we very beautiful and clean.

The staff there were somewhat pleasant. And i had a few hiccups with my appts. I didn’t even use my all of my sessions from my Groupon because i didn’t care for my experience. I just wish i had the experience like i saw in the reviews lol

Thank you for your review. To clarify for everyone else, there was no more hair to treat after 3 treatments and each time you schedule another appointment you canceled, rescheduled or "no showed" those appointments. The notations and your before and after photos showed significant if not complete hair removal during the time you had visited for treatments. I don't believe there was any other experience other than eliminating visible hair successfully in 3 treatments using a Groupon voucher that would have otherwise cost you 3x what you paid. I would argue your review is completely misleading. The benefit of Groupon is not only does it give the you access to establishments that offer great services like ours for massive discounts, it provides access that would otherwise not be affordable for many others. Reviews like yours keep other practices away from offering Groupon discounts simply because they don't want to have someone write a 2 star review after they received a service at 30% of cost; early, complete, and without complications.
