Great great service

It is in a very easy to miss location, and you should have plans to go somewhere else (like the mall to see a movie) while your car is getting beautified. There isn't anywhere close by that is worth waiting though, so have a friend pick you up.

I am not happy with my car at all. It was at the place of detail for 7 hours, upon arrival I had to ask to have things wiped down. There are spots all over the car to include all of the windows. There is still a very vivid rainbow on the front window where the windshield wipers wipe & the sun roof/ moon roof was not wiped down at ALL. There was still trash in the driver side back seat door pocket to include it not being vacuumed or wiped out at all. All the base black part on entering the car from all doors are dirty. There is sand still on the dash board and the speedometer reading windows are all spotted. There was sand all in where the gears are shifted. I am not happy with the service, I will not go back or recommend any of my friends to go there. It looked like I had taken it to a regular run through car wash & paid $45!

On 18 Dec 14, Hi-Line Auto Detail did a very poor job with the vehicle. I purchased a full service detail option for the interior and exterior. They barely cleaned the interior and it looked as if they did not bother to shampoo at all. I have photos of the interior seats after they returned my vehicle. I had to take the vehicle home to vacuum it as well. I sent the photos to the vendor after my son brought the vehicle back and told them I was disappointed in the service. This was 3 days ago and they haven't bothered to respond. I would not recommend this auto detailer to anyone even if it was at a great discount. I have never been disappointed with a Groupon vendor before, until now...
