Holly, at the Ward location, was a great help and very friendly and professional. My eye exam was a pleasant experience and the service with my eyeglasses was exceptional. Even though I had to come back twice to pick up my glasses (the first time my lenses had splintered), the service and friendly staff made the experience a good one.

We stop by often, but haven't really found a lot of glasses that match our style. They don't have that many options and the Groupon is only good for one of the locations -- not all, which we felt limited our options.

I said I probably would not have gone to this business because it is in the shopping center and I don't think I would have noticed it....the coupon was good enough for a nice pair of glasses and the girl that helped me was very courteous and helpful...I have not picked up my glasses yet but don't expect any disappointments....
