The massage was excellent and the conversation was nice; however, the first impression was bad. I think they would get more repeat customers if they did a better job greeting their clients. They dont have a receptionist to do that, but I think the massuers could do a better job of it when they're at the desk. I can understand no greeting if they're busy with a patient, but when they're sitting at the desk and someone walks in, they should at least look up to say something! Hello...welcome...thank you for coming...something that says thank you for spending your money with our business. Although the massage was good, I dont think I'd go back.
