Born to a large family in Kingston, Jamaica and named "family cook" at a young age, it's no surprise that Judith Able feels perfectly at home in the kitchen. She grew up making the most of easy access to fresh fish and farm-grown produce, and multiple degrees in culinary services only honed that passion for well-made food. Available for catering, in-home meals, or black-tie food fights, her menus boast elegant delights such as caramelized brie tartlets, garlic and herb encrusted snapper, and pan-seared duck breast with grilled polenta.
