Called and the owner verified the charges for being locked out of our apartment. Once he arrived he informed that the Groupon is only for them showing up to assess. Paid $150 for them to open an apartment door. He also warned us that he could break the lock, causing damage. In no way is this Groupon a deal. Call any other professional locksmith and pay half this price. This is fraudulent.
