The girl did a pretty good job but I don't like double dipping in the wax and on the way out I noticed she left the wooden stick there for the next person, which I probably got the stick from the person before me!

The receptionist was completely rude. I made two appointments and each time I came there was an excuse that they had to leave due to some sort of urgent matter. I am very understanding. The proper thing to do would have been to make a courtesy to those who were scheduled to come in on that day. When I called to speak to someone about my concern the receptionist deliberately told me I never came in, I am liar and purposely hung up in my face. The thing with this is; how would she have known what was done if she never asked me for my name? Long story short I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. WHAT A WASTE OF A GROUPON!

It was great. The staff was friendly and did a good job on the wax. Place is clean and intimate. Would definitely recommend.
