Go to another facial spot... there are so many great places in CT. I had to place so many phone calls to try and book an apt. Because I had been there in the past, Vanessa refused help me in anyway (stating that I "could work it out with Groupon" and the fine print read first time customers only). What a waste of money and time. Book elsewhere and enjoy!!
