First of all, the technician that worked on me was very sweet and friendly. This is not a review on her; it's on the service. Using the facial EMS wand attachment from a cavitation S-shape machine and calling it a manual version of the EMSculpt, is not going to work your muscles anywhere to close to how an actual EMSculpt or the alike machines do. This is misleading and absolute waste of money. This should not be offered as a service. Either invest in a EMSculpt machine or don't pretend to have the service. I own a S-shape 30khz cavitation machine myself and I have done actual HIFEM EMS treatments before.

Hello, during your appointment no concerns were voiced asking about the machine and functions. For this business the ems treatment combines cavitation, skin tightening and ems instead of the ems machine with pads. Also, all campaign descriptions are written by Groupon not the business. I hope you are able to find the results you are looking for somewhere else. Based on previous reviews clients are very satisfied with their results.

My Groupon auto redeemed, I never received the service. I submitted a claim and Groupon has told me the merchant declined the reimbursement and has no supporting info that I have ever been there. This has been on going for 2 months. Don’t purchase!

Hello, on Admire Curves end it says only guest user for the package purchased which is most popular. Customer service has contacted the business did not deny reimbursement. Please contact via email for further proof to dispute claims. Every client has been issued a refund that’s requested for one before services have started.

Groupon’s refund system is completely seperate from Admire Curves booking system. Per further research no email was sent via Groupon customer service for reimbursement. Please email admirecurves.sg@gmail.com. Admire Curves never denies anyone reimbursement for packages not started yet. The refund processing system has nothing to do with Admire Curves due to being bought via Groupon you agree to their terms and conditions. Once vouchers are purchased on Admire Curves end some only state guest user and the package name which laser lipo + body wrap is the most popular with no contact information. Admire Curves has never stated you were serviced when you were not.
