When it comes to whipping up classic Italian cuisine, the team at Baci Italiano doesn't take shortcuts. Take the spaghetti, for example, which comes with meatballs that are crafted in house. Or the lasagna, which chefs painstakingly prepare by layering pasta with the kitchen's signature meat sauce. They're similarly deliberate when they curate toppings—such as calamari, applewood-smoked bacon, and ricotta cheese—for their 12" personal pizzas, built upon a choice of traditional or whole wheat crust. They even add authentic touches to their veal medallions, crowning them with a layer of Di Parma prosciutto imported from Italy, and baby spinach leaves that were rocked to sleep with Italian lullabies.
