Jamelle has this brow game on lock. I consistently get compliments on my brows months after my yearly touchups. Her attention to detail is remarkable, and I leave there feeling beautiful every time. She books up quickly, but it is worth the wait and becoming a new client. The atmosphere is clean, safe, and always professional. She has become a friend, and I would continue her services if I weren't moving. She is knowledgeable about face, skin, and brows and will answer your question and explain everything thoroughly. Do not purchase unless you call first, she redeems the voucher as soon as it is purchased. When I called her she was booked through the next month. Not good business practice. Now I’m stuck with bucks that I may not be able to redeem. Groupon gives you 3 days to get a refund & she should follow this standard.

Hello there "One" My name is Jamelle I would like apologize that you were unhappy because I were booked when you contacted the spa on May 25th. It appeared as if the Groupon was purchased on May 25th at 7:13am then refunded at 7:15am Unfortunately that voucher was not redeemed the voucher was cancelled/refunded. I were trying to figure out who purchases a Groupon without a name but then the voucher was purchased then refunded minutes later. I notated there was a client that purchased a Groupon and did not have a name it was under "One Touch Massage" Thought someone was trying to run a fast scheme then changed their mind. With being new to Groupon as a merchant beginning in May 2021 I expected something was going to happen. Again the minute the voucher was purchased minutes later it were cancelled/refunded. We would have placed the client on a Groupon wait list to contact as soon as a opening became available. As we handled any other purchaser during that time frame or potential client that would like to be placed on our call list. Not only did I have to terminate a employee around that time. My schedule gets booked fast! I am assuming you may have spoken with that former employee, but it was not with me. However as mentioned before we placed Groupon purchasers on a waitlist to contact if there were no appointments to fit their needs. With at that time leaves me the only person servicing clients. Browz & Esthetics Spa delivers exceptional business practices. Can't please and make everyone happy but we go above over and beyond to ensure our clients are happy and loved their experience. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and customer service so that our clients can enjoy the experience they came for. No business is perfect and neither is anyone. Again at BEBJM we give our best service. We go above, over and beyond to aim for perfection. As of now we have 2 licensed professionals that are skilled and trained adequately. With one of them being myself. We deliver exceptional service from the time our clients enter and exit the building. Our schedule opens on 15th of every month. When this voucher was purchased on May 25th yes the remaining of May was booked and the schedule for June had opened on the 15th and may have also been 85% booked. Again we would have placed you on the waiting list. Sorry you are stuck with Groupon bucks that you did not have to be. May be one day you will give us another chance or maybe not. I wanted to contact directly to share the information but of course Groupon does not require customers to leave name, email and or number. Which would be beneficial in some instances to contact those that purchase certain vouchers for spa, or salons. That way we can reach out to get clients scheduled or what not. Now that I've weeded out the bad seeds my current team and I are continuing to give exceptional service, beautiful skin and brows. Again I apologies that you were unhappy and would like to offer you a special offer on your 1st first.
