Tina was amazing! Great customer service, very kind, and very knowledgeable! I came there for a pedicure and left there with a pedicure AND plenty of knowledge on feet, and how and why it is important to take care of them. I will visit again soon!

Sadly, this was a bad experience. While the nail tech was nice, she spent a lot of time trying to find things. She painted my toenails in her lap because she couldn’t find shoes, she didn’t know how to remove the dip from my nails, I had to look it up on YouTube. She didn’t know what a French Manicure was. What should have been an hour or hour and a half was 3 hours. It was a bad experience.

Greetings, I would like to address this situation, when you booked you booked for a Mani Pedi Dip is not included in any of our Groupons so the woman who serviced you went above and beyond to accommodate you and it does take time to remove acrylic from your nails and toes which was not included in the Groupon that you purchased, If you were unsatisfied I would have appreciated if you would have reached out to management. Not to mention the woman that serviced you has been a Licensed Nail Tech and Instructor for over 20 years. Once again I apologize if you weren't satisfied with your service but moving forward when booking any appointment it's a good idea to let the Tech know what you are booking for and any other services you may need so that they can accommodate you or let you know if they are able to do so. If you have any more questions or concerns please contact the Salon. thanks Management
