I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience so future clients know what to expect. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but when I arrived the building was locked and the artist was not onsite. I waited outside until she arrived approximately 15 minutes later. She was friendly, but several things happened during the appointment that left me concerned about the service quality and my results. During the microblading process, the blade was accidentally dropped onto my face, leaving a dark line on the bridge of my nose. Six days later, the mark has still not faded. I was told it should go away, but the incident was alarming and not something I expected during a cosmetic tattoo service. I had shown a clear photo of my previous brows from 2022 and requested the same soft brown color and natural shape — just slightly fuller. Instead, a very dark black pigment was used. I noticed black ink on my hands after the appointment, which confirmed the pigment choice. My brows immediately appeared extremely black and blocky, almost like a tattoo rather than microbladed hair strokes. The fronts of my brows were harsh, the arches sat lower than my natural structure, and the overall look was much heavier than what I asked for. Now that the initial scabbing is coming off, the color underneath appears black-blue-gray, and I do not see distinct hair strokes — only a blurred, deeply saturated shape. This is very different from both the reference photo I provided and the natural, brown-toned microblading I previously had done. At this point, I am waiting to see the final healed result, but it is likely that I will now need to undergo saline or laser removal and then travel back to my original brow artist out of state to correct the color and shape next year. This has been both emotionally upsetting and financially unexpected. While the artist was kind, the overall experience — from the late start, to the accidental injury, to the pigment choice and final appearance — was not what I hoped for, and I cannot recommend this service based on the outcome I received. Ill post photos of what my brows looked like a week before service, right after the service and ill upload an old photo of the brows i got done in 2022 from another artist that i showed this artist.

Had my combo brows done today (hence the dark color on my pic) I’m very pleased on how they came out and can’t wait to see how they will look once healed. Lilly is very professional and exceed my expectations. She has a very light hand and accommodates your pain level (numbing). Highly recommend.
