I was a Lil irritated. They tell you to make an appointment in order to use the coupon but yet you still have to wait.

Horrible. Rude from moment I walked in. Told store was closed. When I said I had an appointment, I was not really acknowledged because the worker was dealing with somebody else. When they finally interacted with me and I told him I had a Groupon she told me they don’t take groupons anymore and argued with me and told me that I should cancel. I was never treated like I mattered and I had to argue to get them to take the Groupon and then the service took about two minutes even though it’s supposed to be 15. Worker did not recline the chair and my neck was hurting the whole time. I had to hold my neck up with my hand which was obvious to the worker but they never asked if I was comfortable. She clearly was just really irritated with me for coming in and using a Groupon. She clearly rushed as quickly as possible and was cleaning as soon as she put the thread down because she wanted to close the shop. I was the last customer. No cooling agent or check in with how the service was. I had to ask for the aloe. it was the worst exoerience experience I’ve ever had. I

They treat group on customers differently than the others. We have to make an appointment on certain days of the week. They cancelled my appointment once

Stay away... I had an appointment today with Sushila where she spent the entire time complaining about a prior payment I had made. She had incorrectly billed me earlier and I reached out to her several times to rectify the payment which she did not accept. She kept antagonizing me regarding this throughout the appointment. She also pinpointed my nationality, saying that she has never seen a girl from (My Country) acting like this. Even though I said I was more than willing to settle the balance now! She continued to complain about silly things: how I held my head during the session and even where I wiped my face after! I finally had to ask her to stop telling me off. I’ve never been to any salon where the staff harassed me the entire time. Will not be coming back.
