Didn’t end up even receiving a service.. there is no contact number or no way to reach out to provider for refund or even rescheduling!!!! So mad I wasted my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so sorry for this. Groupon has a booking system that is not informng me of bookings until 1-2am and also a system that automatically redeems vouchers. I have asked groupon numerous times to disable the booking tool as it is not helping but hurting my business (i have my own booking website). When clients leave these type of reviews it does not help me or the buyer. In addition groupon has not updated my phonoe number as i have asked them multiple times to do this as well. I sincerely apologize to any custotmer who has experiened issues with this campaign. I take pride in my business and I am truly sorry for all of this! I will probably disable this system all together. I was trying to build more clientele using this app but it doesnt seem to be helping me. Again...I AM SORRY!
