Awesome 1st experience. It wasn’t just a starter personal training session. They went through and took the time to check your heart rate. The trainer also went through and saw exactly what size weights you were capable of using, what your strength level was, etc. To top all that off, the owner then does a body fat analysis to see how much extra weight you are carrying and what to work towards.

If you go in the winter, dress warm! The fitness class is about 20 circuit exercises resulting in a full body workout.
