The best gel manicure I have ever received. Nail technician did such an awesome job, it actually lasted longer than 2 weeks!

My appointment was at 9am, I rushed to make it to the salon on time and it wasn't even opened yet. I guess they were running late too. That was good for me because it gave me time to grab breakfast. while the salon looked nice and the service was good. I have to say that the customer service in my opinion needs improvement. First, I wasn't even acknowledged I guess because I've never been there before. The whole time the girl worked on my nails it was silence. I waited for maybe a spark of conversation and nothing. Then I tried to engage conversation with her and her one-word answer just made me feel like I bothered her. After that it was just awkward and I just wanted her to finish quickly so I can leave. I don't think I want to go back for services there again.

Zoila doesn't respect Groupon appointments given that if a regular customer walks in without having an appointment, they get taken care of right away. this scenario happened to me and unfortunately I had to wait an hour plus or lose the coupon. She should also consider having more than one person doing nails to solve the problem.
