Advanced Rejuvenation Centers, Purchase

Groupon continues to run this promo. Why? “Dr. Liviu B. Saimovici—the board-certified physician behind Advanced Rejuvenation Centers” appears, in his obituary written in 2022, to be a beloved eye surgeon/ophthalmologist who started an aesthetics center. As of January 2023 that center no longer exists. I purchased a Groupon for a series in 12/2022, about one year after the founder died (and there was a pretend that he hadn’t) and without notice part way through my series the place changed hands, names and the equipment was removed from the premises. I was told “too bad. You’re not getting a refund for the portion we’re not delivering.” Then hung up on me. They also tried the “oh we must have tried to phone you” nonsense (phones record all incoming calls regardless if a message is left, also…text and e mail). That’s the 1 star, which is still too many) The rest is Groupons bad: Groupon gave me “Groupon bucks” to make up for it, but won’t stop running a promo for a business that doesn’t exist, owned by a deceased man, without the equipment advertised. Therefore unable to provide the service. Full. Stop. For months beginning February or March 2023 The website read as if it’s the former business, only with a new name taped over the old one. That may have changed. Beware.
