Nicholas Pappalardo realized early on that his destiny lay on the canvas. Singled out by his art teachers in grammar school and recognized with a first-place prize by the city of Yonkers, Pappalardo decided then and there that he would become an artist. Drawing inspiration from classical paintings, street art, and classical paintings left on the street, the artist boasts a singular style that falls somewhere between Seussian whimsy and the geometry of H. R. Giger. He supplements his personal expression with private painting lessons and welcoming art parties held in homes, restaurants, and bars.
