About NRocks Outdoor Adventures

Italian for "by way of iron", via ferrata is a securely installed system of steel rungs and cables in a sheer rock face that allows adventure-seekers to climb over a towering, craggy fin. NROCKS Outdoor Adventures offers this heart-pounding experience, and other thrilling expeditions like zip-lining and cave exploration, all guided by certified climbing experts. Its base location, about 15 miles away from Seneca Rocks (one of the most popular crags on the East Coast) means that climbing enthusiasts can truly get their fix here. And for those not quite ready to reach these heights, NROCKS' facility has several different onsite lodging options, a slackline progression area, and hiking trails that are good for all ages and skill levels.

These guys are great. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, safety first. Different from our other zip line as we had more control here, and terrain quite different. Very fun & cool until a freak storm slammed us. But they hustled us through and got everyone back down safe & sound, soaked to the core, but not a scratch. I would definitely fully trust them to do it again. But go earlier or later in the seasons when the leaves aren't so thick so you can enjoy the mountain views. Beautiful scenic area. Excellent guides. Go for it!

The staff was incredible! For first time zipliners i would definitely recommend. Our guides were very knowledgable and friendly. Very comfortable atmosphere. Defenitely going to return with our daughter next time!! Thanks for an awesome experience NROCKS!
