This salon only does appointments and not walk ins but for the most part I didn't have much problem scheduling one. The place itself isn't the best looking. as it is just one chair in a shared salon but it was sufficient. The first time I went, the threading was fine and the lady was pretty accommodating. The second time, the lady did a sloppy job and left strays all over. A few strays aren't a big deal, but it was clear that she missed a good chunk. It would have been nice to have been offered any aloe or lotion which most places typically do. I mean the price is good for the Groupon but if you want a clean, thorough job, then I'd look elsewhere.
