We always like the food at the Siam. The problem is with the ambience and the music. The music is always this nondescript type of staticky music. Totally annoying. There should be Asian music playing --something cultural. The ambience is sort of drab, not really inviting. The lighting is dull.

Waitress never smile and Checking her cell phone instead of caring customer. Take wrong orders,brought tofu pataya instead of sea food. Never go out there again

I love the food and the friendly staff but the service is a little on the slow side. Lots of things to do and not enough staff to do it. Just make sure you plan for a leisurely meal.
