Called La-Tronics talked to a person on the phone that the surface did not boot up, he said that they were all tested before they were shipped and why didn’t I turn it on when I got it and I told it was a Christmas gift He told me that he needed to talk to the person in services and that person would get with me and still haven’t heard from them so I wouldn’t buy from this company if I was you

I have heard nothing from them. I bought the credits in July, and their site said "out of stock" for months. I sent emails that were not answered. Then suddenly I got a post that invited me to cash in the credits, which I did the other day, but it was very confusing. It talked about picking up the tablet at their store, which is in California while, I live in Buffalo, NY.

We did ship this item which according to the tracking it was delivered on the day after this feedback was written. We also sent messages prior to this feedback being written. The item was shipped with a signature requirement upon receipt.
