Waited 45 minutes for Appetizer and then another 30 minutes for dinner. When dinner came out the order was not complete and cold.

It took a long time to get our food despite it not being very crowded. The waitress never came back over to us even as we waited 40 minutes for our appetizer. Put bread or chips something to munch on while waiting. Offer dessert.
