Each customer’s nails are renewed with a fresh nail file, buffer, and pumice stone. Shaniece whisks patrons off to cozy treatment areas, including the pedicure room where clients can gab about recent studies on Bose-Einstein condensates while soaking feet in infrared whirlpool footbaths.

It was almost impossible to get an appointment with her. She was only available on one day per week and during work hours. In the end, her co-worker ended up giving me the pedicure/manicure since she had left 15 minutes early before the appointment I finally had made. I would not do it again.
