Merchant redeemed my voucher, then closed her business. She never would return my phone calls. VERY DISAPOINTED!!

After the merchant redeemed my voucher, gave me a few laser treatments, she closed her business. I tried calling from June 2024 to July 2024, leaving voice mails with no return callbacks. After looking at my groupon, I found out the merchant closed her business. Very disappointed

This business redeemed my Groupon before I even made an appointment to receive my service. After multiple attempts to schedule an appt to receive the services I paid for, I received an email 3 weeks later stating that the business was closed and to reach out to Groupon for a refund!! What a waste of money and time! Never again!
