I had to wait in the lobby a little over a full hour for a 15-minute procedure and the procedure did not make any difference whatsoever. Complete and total waste of money and time. I bought 5 procedures total and they only gave me for 4. They refused to reschedule me for my last treatment and the treatment they promised me because they had to reschedule me after I already showed up there.

My experience was amazing! The staff is inviting, personable, and genuinely cares for their clients emotional and physical needs. On top of seeing results after just one laser session!!!
