Hi Raine, thank you for another review after almost a year of servicing you. I have accommodated and waived multiple fees for you and noticed a pattern. I do have a late, no show and cancellation policy that you signed that acknowledge in the event of the following you would be charged. In response to the canceling and reschedule, I did not cancel your appointment. It is your choice if you are open to rescheduling or not unless I stated I have to cancel in which I did not.
