Receptionist who attended us was not polite or professional. When asked a question which she answered then another receptionist sitting next to her interrupted and rudely made same comment. I told them I was sorry for asking and what I was told when I called. They made me if like they were confrontational But everything changed when the person doing the ultrasound greeted us, she was amazing. She greeted us and welcomed us to your clinic as this was our first experience. She made this whole experience AMAZING. You have a wonderful person representing your office. Great experience.
