Mediocre facial. Paid extra for extractions which ended up being a few at most with the excuse that you should extract for longer than 7 min....she was more worried about my shoes touching her sheets. Bought the package of 3. Never came back for the last 2.

I'm sorry your experience was mediocre. We practice strict infection control. I'm sorry you can't extract on the face longer than that as the appointment is only 30.

I was execting what I purchased. But, because it was summer. They did not offer what was advertised.

While we always strive to exceed your expectations there are times that we must adjust your treatment for your own safety. Glycolic peels can only be done when the UV index allows. We do not want to provide a service that would put your skin in danger of burning later.

Extremely unprofessional!!! I made an appointment, she redeemed my voucher right when I scheduled, told me not to be late, and then I arrived early, sat outside for 20 mins only for her to completely ghost me! No text response no nothing. So ridiculous

normally I don't make comment on this tyoe of negative review.
At LMarie's Boutique Spa everyone receives a confirmation via email and text Kelly she did not have an appointment on the date she thought she did as we are closed Mondays and Tuesdays however I do come in from time to time on my days off to accommodate my clients
Furthermore she did not receive a service from L Marie's Boutique Spa I hold a high level of customer service.

She does a good job but scheduling with her is impossible. DO NOT by a package of more than one. she redeems them all and then will not schedule them.
