Instructor and students were very friendly. The cardio dance class was quite challenging but fun. Can’t wait to try to other classes. I’m glad I found this studio! Hoping they had more classes offered.

It provides a better workout than typical group dance fitness classes, because they’re mostly taught by professional dancers (not just certified instructors). I always leave feeling limber and energized. The teachers make it easy to make modifications for both beginner and advanced stages.
