What started as online yoga classes to stay healthy and connected as the world navigated the Covid-19 pandemic has now evolved into a beautiful 1900 square foot yoga studio. We offer a large variety of class styles from heated to non-heated, fast or slow, quiet and loud. There truly is something for everyone.

Kelsey is a fantastic instructor and this is a great deal. Even though the Monday evening class was my first class, Kelsey guided me through the moves so I didn't feel lost. I will say it was a tough workout so prepare yourself;) I definitely want to use this introductory to try out a few of these classes to see which ones I want to continue with going forward.
