My Groupon expired. However, I was looking to use the value for what I paid for my Groupon, as is Groupon policy. The value for which you paid for a groupon never expires. The young lady at the counter told me that she could not allow me to use it. After I showed her the print information saying that I could use it, she was rude. Also, I didn't see on my receipt where she'd applied my Groupon value. Not a good experience. I will not be returning. And will also share with others on how I was offered poor service.
