About The Dive Shop
Over its 30 year history, The Dive Shop has trained over 10,000 new scuba divers and earned the honor of being a five-star PADI Instructor Development Center, without ever switching owners. The same teachers who helped the first class of students discover the underwater world now aid their children and grandchildren in making the same discovery through Open Water Certification diving courses and introductory lessons. This was one of my boyfriends and I bucket list. We didn’t know how it would be so we said let’s try a discover scuba class! Wow was it fun and wow was Gram the best teacher! Highly recommended for an adventure or date day out! Do it you won’t be disappointed!

The experience was very good. It is definitely something to try if you had been thinking about it for awhile. It's only 2 hours and you get an short intro into scuba diving. If you enjoy it, you can sign up to get PADI certified and get a more intense training. Our trainer Travis was great! He talked to us alot about scuba diving from his own experiences and answered all of our questions. He even stayed a little longer to talk about scuba diving more with us!
