Servers appear to lack requisite formal training and experience in customer food and beverage services. Servers approach service with a casual, PT high school job. Perhaps there is no management oversight to provide quality assurance. The service is incongruent with the overall quality of the venue. The customer should never, ever have to ask for service ware and napkins when served a meal.
