I was so excited to have a mother daughter day at the spa. once we got there disappointment from the get go....the ice room was broken and when I said I was sad since that was a big part of why I bought the groupon the gal working didn't seem to care. also the tour wasn't really a tour. there were many things I later had questions about that I thought should have been told to us when we got there. pretty sure I wont be going back

The staff at front was rude, and when calling to make appt, the person over the phone put me down for a different service that was not wanted. I was very displeased with the service that i received. when asked for a refund the place refused. I wont be going there again.
