The salon isn’t the cleanest and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The cut is uneven & I didn’t get the deep conditioning. Making the appointment was really awful. The number in the Groupon didn’t work, so I called the salon and was referred to yet another number. Then 20 minutes before my appointment time I received a call/text informing me my appointment had been pushed back an hour.

Little less hygiene maintained in Covid times and hair cut was very fast i.e. in rush. In 10 -15 minutes they completed their service of hair cut and conditioning.

Place not organized. Music was way too loud. Layla is in this business for 35 years. She will do whatever she wants but not listen to the customer what they need. Highlight is only bleach if you need toner color you have to pay extra.
