We've had many of the dishes and they are all delicious! Our favorite is the Murg Makhini (butter chicken)

The service was definitely an issue. It took more than 30 minutes to serve the food. The breads were served first (10 minutes before the entree). When the entrees came in. we got only 2 out of the 3 entrees. Out of two that were served, one was already cold and the bread had turned cold. The third entree took another 7-10 minutes (they had forgotten). When I complained, they tried to fix it. The entree was reheated and we got fresh breads. The food was average at best. We had asked for medium spicy and got almost bland food. One entree was reheated and other entree was borderline stale. On top of that they screwed up the check. They never gave me a break out of the check. I only got the credit card piece of it and they had overcharged. Later, the manager fixed it but it was still very weird. He just gave me some money back and I did not want to argue. Angeethi seems to have a good reputation and it did not leave my family with good impression,

Not really a tip. I just love this place. It is very chill and I am always happy with the food and the service. I have brought my wife here, work visitors, and my kids, and all of them have been delighted to eat here.

From Our Editors

A charcoal clay oven roars to life every morning in Angeethi’s kitchen in preparation for a day full of roasting meats and vegetables and baking fresh breads including roti and naan. The authentic tandoor prepares a menu rich in traditional flavors derived from spices imported from all over India. A dash of pure saffron, wild black cardamom, and cinnamon enhances platters of long-grain basmati rice, a standard side dish that enhances lamb, seafood, chicken, and vegetarian dishes alike. Waiters shuttle chosen plates out to a regal dining room full of carved, throne-like dining chairs, gilded statues of deities, and napkins fancifully folded into fork-size saris.
